The Brownstone Café is a family owned business established in 1997, located in the historic Villa Del Sol downtown Fullerton. A brother and sister happened to stumble upon a refined location and knew it was the perfect place to begin their dream. They hired a chef to help them with their new venture and a month later the sister and chef had fallen in love.  In June 1998, the sister and chef exchanged vows at the Villa Del Sol Courtyard where the Brownstone Cafe is located.  The family business still lives on with the sister & the chef.

The Brownstone Cafe was one of the first restaurants to open during the Downtown Revitalization and after more than a decade business still thrives as it has expanded into a catering company.
