When choosing a location for your event there are a few things to consider. First, the venue must have appropriate space for the type of event you are planning. Second, the price of the venue must fit into your budget. Third, and most importantly, the menu and caterer choice.
Food & Beverage are just as important as the event itself. All menus are customized with your event in mind. Let us create a memorable experience for your next important event.

Choose a fall wedding to celebrate the colors of the season. Choose deep reds, golds and oranges for your wedding ceremony and reception colors. These colors can be used for your tablecloths, napkins, centerpieces and other decorations. Place gold and red votive candles alongside your reception table fall centerpiece, and scatter autumn leaves and fall flowers on the tabletop. During the wedding ceremony, decorate the ends of church pews with orange flowers. Combine autumn leaves and flower petals in the flower girl’s basket.
or a non-traditional wedding theme, consider a Halloween-themed ceremony or reception. You may choose to incorporate the holiday heavily into your ceremony, with black and orange decorations alongside jack-o-lanterns and spiders. A black wedding cake instead of the traditional white cake would be appropriate for a Halloween wedding reception, as well as a menu with foods containing pumpkin.

I have to tell you how much we enjoyed the luncheon yesterday and so did our physicians! They raved about the potato salad, the wraps and the cookies! I was pleased that the fresh fruit platter looked so beautiful and everything tasted so fresh!
We will definitely be using you again and, in fact, I’ll be getting the menu ready for our meeting next week!

Once you book your event, don’t forget The Brownstone Cafe as your caterer!!
On behalf of the American Library Association Government Documents Rountable (ALA GODORT) I want to express our appreciation of Brownstone Catering’s wonderful service at our recent 40th Annual Awards Ceremony and Reception. Based on the comments I received regarding the event, it will be remembered for years to come as a grand success, in no small part due to the wonderful food you provided.
Reception planning, especially from long distance, can have its challenges, You went out of your way to help our Conference Committee co-chairs, work out all the details including the additional help in working through the liquor requirements so we could serve wine and beer. I know attendees were especially appreciative of that help! The great service continued to the event itself with the excellent service provided by Chanelle and Gabriel.
Thank you for all your work!
