Its not easy looking for a place to host a party. However, with freshly prepared food and excellent service, The Brownstone Cafe resides in a welcoming and cozy location inside the famous Villa del Sol.
Since The Brownstone Cafe is located in the romantic Spanish themed Villa del Sol, we are always drawn to wedding design and inspiration that is inspired by a colonial Spanish theme. This wedding is so picturesque with the multi-colored mosaic candles and coasters, the large creamy white flowers, the fine gold accents and the decorated motif candels are so sublty sophisticated.
Do we even have to mention the brides dress? Full lace, complete with a cathedral veil.

The Bueno Family celebrated the baptism of their beautiful one-year-old daughter Milania. Brownstone Cafe set up the inside and courtyard of the cafe for the event. Family and friends of the Bueno family feasted on steak and chicken skewers, rice pilaf and a fresh Greek salad. An adorable vintage themed candy and dessert table was set up by Couture Candy Shop.
Congratulations, sweet little Milania Bueno! We are honored to have been a part of this great occasion.

One of the things we love the most about wedding design these days is how creative people are getting! This couple were brilliant, and brave, to combine two contrasting ideas that helped make their wedding uniquely theirs: dogs and fish.
Not convinced? Just take a look at these shots of the results! Beautifully executed, wonderfully understated, combined with the lovely coral accented color scheme, this wedding was just simply classy!
Five things we love about this wedding:
1. The theme: so clever!
2. The colors: soft and feminine without being overly done.
4. The gift card table
5. The contrast of decor with the flowers and having the succulent cactus bouquets: This would be beautiful in the Villa del Sol where we are located at.

Whether you believe in numerology or are just superstitious, the date October 10, 2010 or 10/10/10 can mean a lot of things to different people. But to Christina and Steve, it was the happiest day of the beginning of their lives together.
Brownstone Catering was ecstatic to help the happy couple plan and cater their wedding.
Christina chose beautiful autumn colors such as oranges, reds and browns which worked seamlessly with the beautiful backdrop of Downtown Fullerton. The whole ambiance of their celebration was warm and worked perfectly with the Spanish inspired setting at the Villa del Sol Courtyard. The bold orange color was balanced out by dark chocolate brown table cloths and chairs.
One of Brownstone’s preferred vendors, Lavender’s Flowers, created the centerpieces and flower arrangements.
Rather than opting for a traditional flower and vase, Christina and Steve chose a wooden lantern with glass doors and a wooden house. Dark red and orange flowers adorned the centerpieces, tying in with the autumn theme.
Christina brought in her own avocados for Brownstone’s use to make guacamole which was served along with chips and salsa for the guest’s appetizer. For dinner, Brownstone created a fajita bar which included chicken and beef with all the trimmings. ¡Muy Delicioso!
All in all, the reception was a success and Brownstone hopes Christina and Steve all the best!
